Our biggest fear is running out of alcohol. How much do you recommend to ensure we have enough?

For 100 drinking guests I suggest 25 cases of beer/cider, 60 bottles of sparkling, 30 white and 30 red.  Based on your knowledge of your guests, you may like to alter these quantities e.g. you believe you need more white and less red. 

Are your packages flexible? 

Our packages are more like a guide for you, you can alter them to suit your tastes. If you have more or less drinking guests, then I would encourage you to alter the numbers to suit the percentage of guests you have attending your wedding. For instance, if you have 110 guests, I would suggest lifting the original quantities by 10%

We are having a pre-wedding gathering the night before the wedding and maybe a Sunday brunch? Can you help us cater for this? 

Sounds like a party. I generally suggest around 40% of your wedding volume. The big factor here is how excited you want your guests to be the night before the big day. Most Brunches are fairly relaxed. An easy drinking beer, sparkling wine and/or rose should work perfectly. I wouldn’t look to cater too much unless many of your guests are sticking around the extra night.

Is it possible for you to source any of our favourite beer and wines? 

This is your big day and I want to ensure you are drinking what you enjoy most. There is every chance we may stock this line. If not, I will do our very best to source this for you at the sharpest price possible. 

How do the tasting boxes work? 

You may see a few wines you haven’t heard of before. They are some little gems that we have come across. Should you wish to try any of the wines listed, then I can offer you the discounted package rate. I will cover the freight to get your tasting box to your door step safely. 

We don’t drink much wine. Can you help us select which wines to offer our guests? 

Certainly. We are here to help every step of the way. Depending on your budget, I can suggest what will suit you best tying in with the food on offer for the night. It is always nice to ask a friend or relative who enjoys wine for a second opinion.

Do you deliver to the venues? 

This is one of the many added services I offer. For your convenience, I deliver direct into the coolrooms or bar area. Unless otherwise requested, delivery is made the day before your wedding, allowing time for chilling. This will give you more free time up for wedding preparation. The delivery service is $100, although I have opportunities to have this fee waved. Just ask how 😊

The Buy Back offer sounds great. How does this work exactly?

The quantities we suggest do allow for a few extras, just to to be on the safe side. I offe buy back on unopened cases of wine, beer and cider that we stock in store. There is a 12 bottle limit variety of wine you purchase, with no limits on the amount of beer or cider you can return. An 8% fee is taken off the sale price upon return. You are welcome to drop this back to the store yourself. Alternatively, you can book collection of this stock in advance for $100. 

We are thinking of offering cocktails after the reception and spirits later in the night. Can these ingredients be added into our package? 

You are welcome to request any extras you please. There is a list of the mainstream spirits that should cover most cocktails. Please just ask if you need a quote on any ingredients not listed. I suggest touching base with those who will be serving you to find out the exact ingredients and quantities required. 

Can we access non-alcoholic drinks and ice from you as well? 

You will see details within our packages of the non-alcoholic options we offer. As you receive your first quote, there will be a list of non-alcoholic drinks that you can add as you go.

We’d love to offer a lovely French Champagne for our sparkling option. Do you have pricing handy?

What better way to spoil your guests than to offer French Champagne! Check out our available options to add into your customised package. Please ask for any favourites not listed to be quoted.

Do you match competitors Pricing? 

My aim is to not only match competitors pricing but beat them where possible. The alcohol game is very competitive with a consistent fluctuation of pricing in the market. Our package pricing is 100% locked in with some opportunities along the way to go sharper. We also invest so much energy into the extra services we offer to ensure we make this aspect of your planning stress free.
